刑事訴訟法乃法律系學生必修之基礎科目，在國家考試上亦佔有一席之地，對於學生畢業後可能從事之檢察官、法官或律師業務尤為重要。由於刑事訴訟法最近歷經多次大幅修法，並且幾年來之學說創新，以傳統領域與新的發展併陳的結果，致使教學範圍過於龐大。本課程設計之教學方式乃實例解析，輔助刑事訴訟基礎課程學分之不足，挑選具理論重要性之實務案例，使學生能夠進一步演練刑事訴訟之重要問題：基本原理原則、訴訟主體、訊問、強制處分、證據法、沒收新制及被害人地位。
Criminal procedural law is a basic subject that students of Law Department have to study; furthermore, it is also an important subject of national law examinations. And for prosecutors, judges and lawyers, it is also essential to perform their duties with sufficient legal profession. As the legislation had been substantially amended and revised, the contents of the course have been expanded. The course will focus on basic principles, subject of actions, interrogations, searches and seizures, general principles of evidence law and other problems from investigation to judgments.
